News November 15, 2002 Yeah..... Yea, so I haven't posted in about two weeks. Hehe. It's been pretty busy over here. Regardless, I've had a chance to play a lot of the new DDR and after playing for two weeks, I deem it awesome. Now to go over the basic highs and lows: Pros: - the game has like 71 songs which is pretty damn sweet. Cons: - there are a lot of really boring songs that aren't even
fun to play for the steps. So that's how it breaks down. It's definitely worth the money for the highlights that come with it, but they could have done better with a lot of the songs. Oh well, until next time... |

October 30, 2002 It begins... I've been thinking a lot lately, and there's quite a bit I'd like to post today. However, today is DDRMAX release day... the release of DDRMAX... therefore, I will have to postpone any brilliant epiphanies that have somehow weeded their way into my head until a later date, as I must focus my full attention on the wonderful celebration at hand... |

October 23, 2002 The Revolution is Building Well folks, only 1 week until the new DDRMAX for the PS2 comes out. Can you feel the excitement of it all?! I know I can. I talked to J-Dog yesturday and he's getting ready for the new release by practicing his DDR moves. Juice and Nickadaemus went up to GameStop yesturday to pick up the new Suikoden 3, but it was late on shipment so it should be there today. That game is going to be awesome. More awesome than that though was the demo version of DDRMAX they have on display at the store! I haven't checked it out yet, and from what I hear, they turned the music off anyway. That really doesn't let you preview the full essence of a music game. In any event, I've already played the Japanese 6th mix with Eric, so I have a pretty good idea of what to expect. However, seeing if any cool songs are on it might be neato.... Anyways, only 6 more days until MAX arrives.... well, 6 days until the stores get it. It's pretty much going to be 7 until it's for sale, so I might as well start saying 7...

October 22, 2002 DDR Master Birthdays are always the best kind Today is the birthday of one of the best DDR masters that exists in the world today. Happy Birthday, Eric! Keep bustin the moves for all eternity. As soon as I come back home, it'll be move bustin time for sure. As far as DDR Mania, there's not really much going on right now. Only 7 more days until MAX arrives... |

October 20, 2002 Test it up Testing for the new DDR has started and a tentative songlist is being updated as more about the mix is revealed. You can check out the songlist here. It definitely sounds like this mix is going to be the best one yet, and hopefully we can expect to see it in arcades soon. Only 9 more days...

October 17, 2002 Let's go huntin'! My first Gan hunting sequence is now available for preview on Orosaki.com! If you want to check it out directly, click here. It's not the completed version of the fight scene, but it's pretty damn sweet so far. Expect to see more Gan-Hunting action by my team and me on a pretty regular basis. Plus you can check out all of the horrible Gan situations we run into in the Bitmapster comic on Juice's site. Only 12 more days... can you feel it? Can you feel the rhythm? |

October 16, 2002 Maniac Friday / Pride Rock Well, it appears that this Friday Konami will be testing DDR Extreme in public, so this means a new songlist may arise from such an event. Pretty exciting stuff. On another note, DDRMAX for the PS2 is now only 13 days away until it ships to stores. I just can't wait to be king. |

October 13, 2002 We're getting closer... Only 16 more days until DDRMAX comes out. That day is going to be awesome. I'll be bustin' the moves for quite a while on that day. Hopefully more will be revealed in the coming days on the included goodies. Until then I wait... |
