A: People for some countries (e.g. Thailand) do need visiting VISA to enter New Zealand. Please check with New Zealand Embassy.
Q: How many days should we go there?
A: We are focusing on South Island and there are many places to go visit. It's also depending on your available time too. But we do recommend at least 6 days excluding flying time so you don't need to rush in each place. Then you can enjoy more. You can also email us and we can set suitable program for you.
A: Most shops, restaurants and activities here accept credit card e.g. VISA, Master, AMEX. But AMEX is not that popular. You can also withdraw cash from ATM that has PLUS sign if your ATM card has PLUS sign (check with your banks ATM cards). You can withdraw up to NZ$800 a day.
Q: My English is not good, can I go?
A: Certainly, we do speak English, Thai and Tagalog. Plus we do understand what you need. We'll do our best to make you feel comfortable as much as possible.
A: It is quite safe and clean in backpacker places in New Zealand but for your own safety, you also need to look after your valuable things and always be careful anywhere you go in the world.
Q: How much money should I bring?
A: Well, it depends on your activities. If you don't go much on those extreme games then it is not too expensive because we can cook at the backpacking accommodation, and we have car/van so we can bring our foods with us. It means we safe a lot of money already. It may cost you NZ$15-20/day for food and drink. But if you eat out or buy a lot more food or expensive drinks then it may cost more. You don't have to worry about accommodation cause we pay for it unless you want private room (which we usually offer dorm).
