Note: LEGO robots cannot fight each other using the IR remote.  Firmware and reception conflicts, so wire control is a MUST.

Pre-Exhibition Advertising
- Big NITRO poster
- A competition tree, with pictures of each robot - will be filled in after competition
- Promotional flyers for each robot - 3 for each
- Posting up flyers around the school (Thaiberius)
- Competition, prize for people who can name all 9
- Handing out info in homerooms - see Mr. Grist
- Posting information on NIST website, NIST NEWS, and Ninsight Magazine

Setup (Team Daedalus would be responsible)
- In the middle of gym
- Tables: 4.  one for each team
- Tools for fixing on each table
- Chairs for spectators
- Wall for posters and info about NITRO
- Sound system:
  - Microphone
  - Tape/CD player
  - Amplifier

Information Papers
- Papers with team information on each table (Naizux)
- Papers with robot information on each team's table (Naizux)
- Information poster about NITRO: what it's about, what we did
- Information poster about NITRO for next year: Interschool, buying controllers (Frank)

Adverstising
- Naizux stall giving out freebies (Naizux)
- Possible sale of NITRO bandanas and other memorabilia
  - Iron-on designs?
  - Linoleum printing?
  - Make keychains?
- Opportunities to join the club for next year - signing up/form new team for next year

Arena
- Circular (design by KOC)
- Robots start in center, facing each other
- 2 openings on the side
- operators

People Needed
- MC (Frank? when he's not competing)
- Journalist x 2
- Photographer x2 (1?)
- Judges x3 (2 teachers and 1 student)
- Engineering/Robotics professional, invited to watch

Note: Information, such as fight reports need to be sent in to Frank to be put onto the website.  This is so to promote the competition next year among other schools.
