West Nissouri Township History

Society members are researching and writing a book which will preserve the history of the township and its people. The book is intended to foster an appreciation of West Nissouri's heritage and traditions, dating from the earliest settlement following the War of 1812, to newcomers who moved to the township just before the millennium. The book will consist of 16 chapters of interesting information including:
