Physical Activity

Exercise is very significant in sustaining weight loss and restructuring body fat into muscles. It is a necessary part of weight management. Initially, exercise should begin in small amounts. In order to prevent discouragement exercise levels should gradually be increased. A practical target should be to get the child to exercise at least 20 to 30 minutes, doing moderate activity during school days.
