Zarius Priscus


Sir Zarius was once a noble kinght in the early days of civilization. An expert in physical combat, he was not prepared for what happened. On a quest for his majesty, he traveled through savage untamed lands dealing with mysterious disapperances which had been occurring for months. Confident in his abilities, he followed many clues, but soon found he was not the one doing the hunting. He fought a great battle, but in the end he was defeated by ancient vampire Jemal. Impressed by the young warrior's abilities, Jemal embrassed him as his first and only childe. He has long since forgotten his ruined kingdom which he once protected with his very life. In the centuries since his rose his evil and wickedness have lifted him above the other undead, and his power now rivals that of some ancients. He feels that his power should not be shared and so has never embraced.


Recently he has been since in Germany where he has honed his abilities, beyond what any mortal (and few immortals) could ever possibly hope to understand. He arrived in New York on the trail of Paval Ligarou, and has since learned that things are not quite what they seem in the city.
