who prefers to be called Drie, is the eldest of the Delanos. His temperment
varies from coldly calculating to romantic and passionate. There is very
little grey to Audrie's personality. He has spent the last
years in Europe, dividing his time between pursuing women and gambling.
Audrie rarely looses at the card table, and is well known on the Monacco
circuit, as well as the French Riviera. He is also a shrewd business man,
with interests varying from French couture houses to Internet stocks to
Asian textile and electronic markets.
Drie can be seen as the picture boy for hedonism. He is kind to his lovers, but when it's over it's over, and he moves on to the next woman in his bed. He also enjoys using his demonic nature to seduce mortal women and then kill them slowly; first by breaking their hearts, then by attacking their families, and finally by killing the woman in question. French to the core, Drie is ruled by his passions. Whether it be for violence, or romance, or excitement - his nature is to act first, think second. In moving his small Clan to New York, he hopes to redefine their role within Kindred society and strengthen their numbers.
