Embraced
by Tomas Andrasta in 1789, the only member of her family to escape the
French Revolution, Antoinette inherited her sire's passion for numbers.
Already well schooled as a member of the French aristocracy, after her
embrace she fell in love with the precise patterns and beauty of infinity
almost as hard as she did for Tomas. However what love or passion originally
brought about her embrace soon faded, and while Antoinette still cared
for her sire, the two of them fizzled into luke-warm friends at best, keeping
their relationship all business from that point on.
Unlike many of her cousins, aunts and nieces, Antoinette never followed Tomas around like a puppy-dog in heat, and has spent most of her immortal existence as an independent. She has her own holdings - mainly internet and illegal narcotics - and owns a set of successful internet cafe's in Manhattan. She moved to New York from Europe back in the sixties
and has kept a low profile among the Kindred over the four decades since.
She lives on her own in a shiny chrome and steel penthouse in the Upper
West Side, her shiny chrome and steel offices only a short chauffeured
ride away, and spends most nights out on the town ... lounging about the
VIP areas with her children and takes a new tasty morsel to bed almost
every night.
Antoinette holds the air of a true aristocrat. Aloof, unaffected, and just the slightest bit cynical. She lives in leather and spiked stilettos and is rarely seen without a cigarette in her hand. |
