14)Immaculate Perception
     -to take or want nothing from anything
          >except �to be allowed to lie prostrate before them like a mirror with 100 eyes�
     -it is bad to only want to look and observe things without taking part in them
     -he who wants to create beyond himself has the purest will
     -beauty is in the creation of new things
          >new real things, not just to be seen
          >to use your will completely and totally to act on/in life

15)Scholars
     -Z disdains scholars
     -thinks that they spend too much time thinking and observing
          >too little time interacting in the real world
     -scholars attempt to avoid the danger of real life by remaining comfortably within the halls of        academia
           >free to ponder without the entanglements of getting involved
16)Poets
     -some kind of regret/disdain for poets
     -poets lie in order to make that which is ordinary appear deep to spectators
     -poets believe that they re privy to some sort of secret knowledge when they write
     -sometimes there are exceptional ones
     -poets are like peacocks
17)Great Events
      -Z encounters a �fire hound�
      -one of the diseases on the skin of the earth is man
      -�fire hound�: spews hot ash and noise
           >makes a lot of noise and show
           >makes itself sound greater and more important and potent than it really is
      -compares church to fire hound
           >likewise, downplays importance of money and those who extol its importance and place              in the world
18)Soothsayer

19)Redemption
      -it is not good to be very good at one thing and ignore all other aspects of yourself
           >is called an inverse cripple�
                *too much of one thing
           >too many people define themselves by one part/one aspect
      -the greatest frustration to the will is that the will cannot change or alter that which has                already happened
      -revenge: the will acting out in frustration because it cannot change the past
      -revenge creates the concept of �punishment� to condone its actions
           >to make the acts of revenge OK
           >a �good conscience�
      -existence is ruled by the fact that no deed can be undone
           >that the past is immutable
      -the will should redeem itself rather than try and go back and change the unchangeable
20)Human Prudence
      -allow yourself to be open to people
           >don�t close yourself off in order to avoid being deceived
      -open yourself up to man that you have an anchor to ground yourself while still reaching and        striving to be the overman
           >otherwise, you will get swept away in the attempt
           >remember where you came from, where you started at when you became
     -be without caution
           >don�t strive to achieve for lofty heights while being picky about how you do it
           >be open to whatever may assist you in your goals
     -do not shy away from the evils of the world
           >�there are many wonderful things in those who are evil�
           >good things can be born out of evil
21)The Stillest Hour
     -�it is the stillest words that bring on the storm�
          >�dew falls on the grass when the night is most silent�
     -�become as a child and without shame�
          >don�t concern yourself with other people�s opinions of you
          >don�t try to move mountains or valleys
          >just do
     -not good to have the power to rule, yet choose not to rule
