1st Trimester

This is usually counted as weeks 1-13. Everything went smoothly and I was not sick at all. Of course, I did have a couple of days where I felt funky, but much to Colt's dismay, I did not puke. I think he was looking forward to that.

We found out we were pregnant on Jan. 18, just in time for me to know I should buy my dress for Eric & Amy's wedding a little bit bigger. By the wedding, Baby should be 3 months old, but who knows what I'll look like.

First trimester was stressful and a little scary after learning I was high risk for first trimester miscarriage because of my bicornuate uterus. Luckily, I had no complications and we found out very early that Baby was growing strong.

Baby at 5 weeks and 4 days. Baby was about 2mm big and already had a heart rate of 102 beats per minute (bpm).

Baby at 6 weeks and 6 days. Baby's heart rate was up to 150 bpm. Look how CUTE!

Baby is hiding out in there, 10 weeks pregnant, but it will be a while before you can tell.
