Many people have written stories! And some people together!! My idea: Lets all write a story together! Yea..all of us! One single story!!!! Wutcha think!!!! And publish it on the web for all to read!
For starters, I invite ideas…. Plot , theme, characters et al!
My suggestions:
Period: Not defined! Present plus some past! No timeline though
Protagonist: A middle aged person! Lives alone no family… Past??? We need to work on it!
Plot: Protagonist is trying to discover himself!
Shamer, couldn’t miss seeing the shining steely metal sticking out of the man’s hand. A man in a bright blue shirt but that’s all Shamer noticed as what he saw next was more horrifying! A young man about his own age, blood was oozing from his chest, hands clutching, to relieve himself from the pain where the bullet struck him!
Shamer, knew what was happening but he didn’t know why! His thoughts raced past, his mind pushing him to go and help the young man lying on the pavement. He knew he had to do it, he knew that’s what he was sent here for. But he stood there numb, unable to move. Shocked by the sight of a dying young man! Who is he, where is he from, does he have a family? By this time a crowd had gathered and the young man writhing in pain was hauled up into a car, which sped off, to the nearest hospital and he also saw the silhouette of the blue shirt fading into the blanket of the rain!
Shamer knew that he would have to live with this scene etched in his memory forever! With so many unanswered questions! He pictured himself in the situation! What would have he said if he was facing the gun! What would have the assassin been thinking while he pulled the trigger! What is the value of a human life? Is mine as worthy as his?
Shamer knew that it was not his fault or the victim’s nor the assassin’s. He always blamed it on the system for creating the situation!
