Now that I'm done with school, I work full time for the US Government. For those of you who think government workers are lazy slack-offs, I can tell you right now, it ain't so! I also work a few weekends a year teaching the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Riding and Street Skills course. If you are interested in motorcycles, check out my motorcycle page.
If you want to contact me, feel free to e-mail me at [email protected].
My nickname is "The Admiral." Or sometimes just "The Adm." or "Admiral
Caplan." That was given to me by my friend, Rick Miller. We were at
a ride for the Concours Owners Group, and he saw me looking around all the
motorcycles in the parking lot, checking the various modifications made,
how many miles, etc. He said I looked like an Admiral looking over
the fleet and started calling me Admiral. After all the nicknames I
had in high school that I hated, I actually liked this one, so have kept
it since.
Finally, if you really want to see the real me, here's a picture of me.
