· Laurea in Giurisprudenza conseguita presso l'Universita di Roma "La Sapienza" il 17/12/96, con tesi di laurea in diritto Costituzionale : "I nuovi diritti come valori costituzionalmente protetti" (Prof. Franco Modugno); laureando in Scienze Politiche con tesi assegnata Storia Contemporanea"Gli Uffici d'Intelligence in Italia"; attualmente il dott. Fabrizio Locurcio ha finito di preparare una tesi di laurea sulla sicurezza e le strutture di intelligence internazional con la collaborazione del responsabile nazionale CONSAP Nicola Zichella incaricato per le relazioni internazionali con le polizie estere, che ha sottoposto i quesiti del Dott. Fabrizio Locurcio alle rispettive agenzie internazionali per l'applicazione della legge e di intelligence sulle tematiche della sicurezza nel mondo ottenendo delle preziosissime risposte da: SRI ROMANIA, NORAD NORTH AMERICAN AEREOSPACE DEFENCE COMMAND COMMANDO PER LA DIFESA AEREOSPAZIALE DEGLI STATI UNITI D'AMERICA E IL CANADA, POLIZIA FEDERALE SVIZZERA, NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE CRIME SERVICE DEL REGNO UNITO, EUROPEAN CONFEDERATION OF POLICE EUROCOP.

Mr Fabrizio Locurcio is actually preparing a master on the security matters in the world in the univeristy of Rome Italy on what is the important functions of the international intelligence services of the western countries on preventing terrorist threats and the fight against international terrorism obtaining the valid support the support of the National Executive Nicola Zichella responsable of international affairs for the italian police trade union Consap (CONFEDERAZIONE SINDACALE AUTONOMA DI POLIZIA) www.consap.com one of of the most representative italian police trade unions of the State Police of Italy.

The questions of Dott. Ha frequentato e sostenuto i relativi esami del corso di lingua inglese presso l'Università Americana John Cabot.
