The Bill of Rights

Table of Contents for this page

The Bill of Rights as written by our Founding Fathers was indeed a stroke of genius. Two hundred years of government encroachment gives us 200 years of 20/20 hindsight that those writers could hardly imagine. It is time to add to and clarify these stated God-given rights. In essence, the Bill of Rights is a list of crimes against the people that the government is explicitly forbidden from committing. It is our intention to state these with such clarity that even a lawyer on the Supreme Court cannot misunderstand.

We have compiled a New Bill of Rights to be added to the old. The intent is to create so broad a coalition that victory of the people is assured. It is necessary that we let others have their freedoms so we can have ours. Some of these may seem radical, even distasteful to you. In point of fact, practically all these freedoms were enjoyed and taken for granted by our forefathers. They are, in point of fact, the unenumerated rights referred to in the 9th Amendment.

We think a revolution is coming eventually no matter what any of us do. If we take action now, maybe we will be able to direct any coming revolt onto constructive channels.

Punishment for Infringement

The Bill of Rights must be thoroughly protected from all encroachment. If a legislator introduces or votes for any law that would violate any part of the Bill of Rights, or if a judge rules in favor of such legislation, or if any civil servant enforces such legislation, such criminal action must be punished. This punishment needs to take two forms to make it fit the crime. First, the legislator, judge, or civil servant must be barred for life from holding any government employment or receiving any government payment. This would include at least pensions, social security, tax refunds, or any other money or non monetary compensation. Such people would be forbidden to vote, but would have to pay all taxes double. Second, the district that elected the legislator or judge will be removed from the voting lists for 10 years. The person who supervised the civil servant will be fired.
