We now have our very own monthly column on Learning Disabilities in The Star called ONE VOICE. Its first debut was made on 3rd October 2001 issue under Section 2, Lifestyles > Parenting. Look up for the articles under this section every first Wednesday of the month. Parents and professionals are encouraged to contribute articles to this column. Please write and submit your article to Jacquelyn Ang. Share your thoughts and experience with other readers. Read The Star On-line     The effort to have our very own national association for Down Syndrome has gone through many attempts. However, last October 2000, a number of parents from KDSF-PJ Parent Support Group, made the attempt once more. The pro-tem committee was formed to draft the submission of its constitution to the Registrar Of Societies. On the 11th of May 2001, Persatuan Sindrom Down Malaysia was officially registered.   Congratulations!!!
