About Dignity and Services D&S is the first organisation to advocate for persons with learning disabilities in Malaysia. Incorporated on 29th July 1991, D&S offers a unique service in Malaysia with regards to supporting self-advocacy groups for persons with learning disability. Every four months it distributes its regular newsletter, D&S Review, to almost 2000 individuals and organisations. D&S has also successfully developed good relationships with local media and many of its activities had being featured in the local newspaper.    Vision Persons with learning disabilities - A voice with Right to be Heard.    Mission To help create society where persons with learding disabilities enjoy dignity and respect, equal rights and opportunities to lead independent and meaningful life within the community.   Services Provided Self-advocacy Groups Public Awareness Family Support Resources and Advisory Services   Future Plans To set up a services throughout Malaysia by appointing regional representatives to undertake the advocacy work.
