Aristasoft Corporation is an Application Service Provider
(ASP) company that provides ERP and CRM solutions for fortune 1000
companies for the West Coast at San Jose Data Center and for the
East Coast at Boston Data Center.
As a NT System Administrator for the Operations Center of the
company, I was responsible for trouble tickets,
responded to 3-tier Technical Support and customer calls, maintained
24x7 servers availability, supported NT/2000/Terminal servers and
Citrix MetaFrame, remote administered servers for the San
Jose and the Boston Data Centers using Control IT, remote 32 and PC
Anywhere. Provided System Policies, Logon Scripts, Password
Policies, Systems Logging and Monitoring. Managed Security, Backup
and Recovery for NT/2000 and Unix file systems using Veritas
NetBackup.
Responsible for NT/2000 Servers rollout, installed,
configured and deployed over 150 production servers. Implemented and integrated Windows 2000 Active Directory with
existing NT domains. Evaluated software and hardware vendors and
made recommendations. Created software installation packages using Altiris
Express and Ghost software to speed up the process of software deployment.
