Zhang Qinq

Zhang Qin, husband of Sun, used to be a Vegetable Gardener in a monastery. He killed a monk and fired the monastery. He fled and set up as a tavern-keeper in Cross-roads Rise. He and his wife have a strange conception of hosting travellers : they give them drugged beverage, kill them and cook their flesh.

Three kinds of clients are exempted from this treatment : monks because they are poor people, prostitutes because they are bad-reknown and outlaws because they are friends.
That is a chance for Lu Zhi-Shen and Wu Song who will thus be saved and become his sworn brothers.
