Archives 10/08/01 I updated the rules page. 10/07/01 I have added pictures for all of the foils but 4. Daunte Culpepper, Todd Stussie, Charlie Garner, and Edjerine James. I still need their pictures. I am working on getting commons too. 10/06/01 Sorry about the lack of updates, I've been extremely busy. I have gotten NFL Showdown. My Play Grid has sucked though. I am probably going to send it back to WOTC. Right now, NFL Showdown is hot with almost all of the complaints going towards the Play Grid. I am working on getting pictures of all of the foils. I have closed the NFL Showdown ladder due to the fact that you can not currently play online. The Yahoo Club is booming. 62 members and rising. 8/27/01 A few of you may have released that NFL Showdown was supposed to be released today. Well, it hasn't. One of the reasons comes from some things that people said about Gen Con. "Wizards has not decided whether to use a 40 card Strategy Deck or use a 20 card Strategy Deck." I heard that on the Showdowncards.com Message Boards. This is relevant to the game because the halves rely on the Strategy Cards. Once any player has no more Strategy Cards in their deck, the half is over. If you click here, you can see a testimony from somebody that played NFL Showdown at Gen Con. 8/10/01 I have decided today that I will alternate updating sites to every other day. I have made the left frame easier to find stuff and I added 2 new ladder features. Go there to check them out. There will be an expansion: First and Down. It will be out in October. 8/09/01 I have a bunch more information about NFL Showdown. I have obtained it from Wizards.com. It includes pictures of players: Bret Farve, Jeff Garcia, and Frank Winters. The release date is AUGUST 27th. So make your calendars everybody. Here is the link: Click Here. You will see the pics there. 8/01/01 I got some more stuff about NFL Showdown. The first thing is the picture of the Starter Deck Boxes. The second is an article from the Beckett.com Hobby Insider. It can be viewed by clicking here. I will be taking applications for the ladder. 7/26/01 I have received a few e-mails back from Wizards and a few dates from different people. First Wizards, they said that the set would be made up of 462 player cards and 62 of those would be foils. The 2 dates for NFL Showdown are August 18th and the 14th. 7/18/01 I have updated EVERYTHING on the site. I have heard where NFL will make its debut. At Gen Con in Milwaukee. I know it has been a LONG time since the last update. I have some key news that might interest you. First I have a picture of the Play Grid. Wizards released this a week or two ago. I also have some information on the set. I have the retail prices and how many cards will be in the set. 3/06/01 I added some cards to my trade list. I have received my Culpepper too. 2/10/01 I won a Culpepper on Yahoo Auctions. I have made a Trade List page. 2/09/01 I have gotten the picture of Culpepper up. I have also gotten the Ladder section up, and checklist. 2/08/01 I have finally gotten a message board. You can view it by going to the word message board on the left side. 2/7/01 Hello. There has been 1 promo released. It is Daunta Culpepper. 01/17/00 This site is opening I am in the process of getting a Message Board and Guest Book. I will also try to get some polls.
