Long before I stepped into the States, a
burning desire to buy a digital camera haunted me. Canon Pro 70
Digital camera was the first digital camera I had. As a matter
of fact, the majority of pictures you see in the site were taken
by this camera. Beautiful in design, extraordinary in quality,
canon pro 70 once serves as a standard that can hardly be beaten.
Now, two years after it was born. It is still an excellent by
many standards. The most salient part is its optical system, featuring
a 28mm-70mm zoom range(equivalent to 35mm film camera). It's sharp
and clear. The 28mm wide angel is a real bonus. Actually, canon
pro 70 is amonge the few if not the only digital camera offers
28mm lens in market. Yet the downside is apparent, the 70mm is
too puny in many situations. Also it is a not fast camera compared
to some newly-released cameras. As a biology student and people
watcher (New York city is a paradise for people watchers!), wildlife
and people(I mean candid pictures of those you don't know)are
my favorite subjects.Unfortunately, this is something beyond pro70's
faulty. That's why you can hardly see any playful squirrel on
the branch or kissing lover in the subway station in my pictures(if
you do see any,I can assure you they must be taken with my new
camera)...

Here
comes my second camera-Olympus C2100 ultra zoom after I sold Pro70
through ebay
(see
the camera ebay auction page). It's a real killer. A Super
fast, powerful and compact camera, which is loaded with almost
every feature you can find in any professional SLR film Camera
and more! Kudos, Olympus! All the pictures I uploaded today and
pictures of snow & etc. in the first update are its works.
