A DVD-ROM tower from Optical Resources is the fastest and simplest way to share multiple DVD-ROMs over a network. Designed around solidly built all metal enclosures and the fastest DVD-ROM drives, our towers deliver strong on-line performance even in the most demanding network environments. Our standard SCSI towers come in 7, 14 and 28 bay open front configurations and we offer a smoked Plexiglas door option. Standard towers attach to the server using a SCSI data cable(s). Our LAN Ready SCSI towers feature the same high quality drives, enclosures and components as the standard models, but attach to the network using a "ThinServer" module which comes with either Ethernet or Token Ring interface. The LAN Ready towers are available in both SCSI and our new IDE version which offers the same high performance but at a lower cost. |
