Background: Depli runs the Smith in town, and is fairly good at it. As a Fire Giant he fits in very well as a blacksmith, as he doesn't need to have any special tools or guards for the intense heat his job requires. In fact, he is often on fire and doesn't even know it. Not one for talk, or really social interaction, he enjoys the solitute of the inner chambers of the roots where the Smith is located.

Found one day wandering outside alone in the woods, he was thought to be a threat and was attacked by the Scout patrol. However, he refused to attack and just sat there as they filled him with arrows and hacked at him. Not knowing what to do they took him back to Onóna Alda's jail. After a month he was found to not be a threat and was released, afterwhich he started his smithy. Not much is known about him, he keeps to himself, though occasionaly can be found at the Tavern downing a barrel of scumble.
