We were birthed by a vision!

“Where there is no vision, the people perish ...” Proverbs 29:18

On September 22,1990 at 6:30 p.m. in the chapel of Rock Church, our first service took place. The Lord met with us that night with a compelling prophecy stating -- “You are just a small remnant that God will send to the community and He will anoint you with His presence and will have a sure word in your mouth even a word of truth and deliverance.”

Even then, we knew the Lord had a strong purpose for the Filipino Service of Rock Church. Now more than ten years later, the Lord established the New Beginning Outreach Church as the fulfillment of this prophecy. We have named this church New Beginning Outreach as a memorial tribute to our loving Bro. Danny “Mayor” Janolino, who contributed in the fulfillment of this vision.

We gather every Sunday at 10:30 at San Lorenzo Spiritual Center to worship the Lord in one accord and to exercise our mission:
