Concerning Chain of Command

Neverwinter Corps is divided into three branches, each containing sub-divisions designated "Armies". These Armies are divided into three sub-divisions designated "Divisions". Each Division is divided into three sub-divisions designated "Corps". These are divided into four sub-divisions, known as "Brigades". Brigades are divided into odd numbers of Regiments, and Regiments divided into Companies. Companies divided into Platoons, and Platoons into Squads.

There is one exception to this Rule. The two naval branches are divided much differently. Naval branches do not have a designation for Armies or Divisions. Each Corps is known as a fleet, and each brigade is designated by a ship. Each ship divides marine units up into regiments, and fighter garrisons into squadrons.

The Fleets report directly to General Blackwolf, though each chain of command routes through the Admiral of the fleets, to General Blackwolf. Each Captain reports to the Admiral, and all seperate station commanders report to him.

The Blackguard, formerly the Falcon Elite of the former EGA, otherwise known as the Elite Mobile Suit and Infantry forces report to General Blackwolf through Lieutenant General Neo Draconis. The regular army of the organization report to General Blackwolf through Major General Brad Adkins. The Mobile Suit Regular Army Reports to General Blackwolf through Major Tallen Barrett. These Armies make up One of the Three Branches. The other two branches are the Space Navy and the Terrestrial Navy.

Concerning Insubordination

Respect is the foundation of the chain of command. If you are disrespecting your commanding officer, it is as if you are disrespecting everyone on the way up that chain, including the man who gives you employment. Insubbordination will not be tollerated. There is no room in this organization for disobedient children. Insubordination includes; Speaking out of turn, Verbally Insulting a Commanding Officer, and Disobeying Orders. This Offense will be recorded by a Demerit system. After three demerits, an investiagtion will follow, and propper action will be taken. Such punishments can/will include Drop in rank, Imprisonment, Discharge, and Financial Reprocussions. Insubordination in the midst of a crisis, can even result in execution.

Concerning Desertion

Each and Every member that is in Neverwinter, has been required to sign a contract. By signing said contract, they have agreed to 5 years service to this military corps. Until Said time has been served, each member is under strict rules and regulations as follows. Each Member is to notify command of a Leave to be taken. All members who go A.W.O.L Will face a pay suspension or house arrest penalty, and a sitation shall go into their file. Deserters, are only as such after 2 Days of going A.W.O.L losing contact with command. Pending the Charge of Desertion, a full scale investigation will be issued. Should the Charges prove false, and a POW or MIA status be proven true, Purple Hearts will be given and all charges will be removed from Record. Should a guilty verdict be proven, the assigned penalty is Imprisionment. In the event of a crisis, desertion warrants death.

Concerning Treason

Treason is considered any action, purposely intended to harm this organization by any means. Each of you have sworn an oath of loyalty to this organization, and to go against that oath is to go against this organization. Difection is considered treason, and the acceptance by another organization or nation, of this difection constitutes a declaration of war. Killing a fellow officer is considered treason. An attempt on the Generals life is considered treason. Mutiny aboard a ship is considered treason. Treason is punishable by death.

Concerning Espionage

Espionage is very simple to determine. If you are found guilty of conspiring against Neverwinter for another nation, you are guilty of Espionage and will be killed immediately. If you catch a spy in action, you are required to stop them with any means necessary.

Concerning Murder and Rape

Murder: Should the charge of murder be brought up, a full scale investigation will be launched and said violator will be placed under house arrest. Murder will only have taken place, if the said voilator has killed A) Another Neverwinter Officer B) Killed a Civilian C) Anything outside of Organized Combat. Should they be proven guilty, Execution will follow Soon there after depending upon the degree. Should pre-meditation be the case, execution will be imminent. Prison time could be the result of a plea in a second degree case.(OOC Note: Murder, counts as anyone, within this story line, that is considered neutral to, allied with the Organization. Should you kill an enemy, you'll be commended. This also only applies to The Gundam Genre. Should you murder someone outside the Gundam Genre, I don't really care.)

Rape: This is something that will not be taken lightly. You will NOT violate this law, or SERIOUS consequences will be handed down. There will be NO raping of any type going on within the confines of this organization, outside of this organization in the civilian populous, or even towards opposition members. Should violation of this code be committed, Sexual organs will be removed, Discharge from the military imminent, and possibly execution.

Durring War Time: Rape and Murder are serious offenses at any time. If you are caught in the act of either the punishments are going to be severe. In war time, the line between war and murder gets blurred. Here is how this line will be re-drawn. The destruction of an enemy is to be commended only if the enemy is armed and poses a threat. Should an enemy be in the process of surrender, this will not only be considered murder, but a war-crime. The death of opposing civilians by the hands of an officer will be considered the same. Rape of any type, will be tried as per usual.

Concerning Dress Code

Each member of Neverwinter will be required to meet a certain dress code while on duty. Each member is required to wear some sort of Combat boot, and Fatigue set. The Type of Fatigue set does not matter, as long as it is present. A Black, Blue, Grey or White, Neverwinter beret is required, as well as the Organizational, and Unit markings. Rank insignia is required as well. A Nano-Fibril Level Ia Body armor vest is required as well as a side arm. Both Shirt and Pant are required. Violation of this, will result in Demarits being marked upon your record, three strikes, and your OUT!!! Violation of this could be considered Insubordination.
