Background: Neo Zachary Draconis was born in September in the United States five years before the OZ Revolution. Neo's Father was a Chief of Staff in Jimmy Blackwolf's chain of command durring the formation of Neverwinter Corps. Just as Ryan had, Neo underwent the same excrutiating training regemine, learning his way through the art of both Mobile Suit and Hand to Hand Combat. Unlike his childhood Friend however, Neo excelled more in the Hand to Hand and Small Arms combat areas of training as opposed to Mobile Suit Combat. When Neo came of Age, he was placed over the Special Operations Division; the Blackguard.
When Neo Reached the age of 16, He recieved his own Mobile Suit as Ryan had, and went to battle side by side with his Friend on numberous occasions. Durring the Preventer wars he proved his prowess in this mobile suit, by assisting Ryan in destroying the Heavyarms, Sandrock, Deathscythe, and Wing Zero gundams and their pilots. This joint victory helped usher in the end of the Preventer War. Neo sat in on the signing of the Treaty of Brussels as Ryan's Advisor.
When Ryan announced that he Neverwinter Corps was Disbanding, Neo stayed by his friends side, while doing odds and ends jobs as a mercenary, until Ryan joined Harbringer. Neo followed him here, where he once again became his right hand man. And of course, as Ryan broke off once again revived Neverwinter Corps, Neo Followed him here, resuming his former position.
