I was unaware of this development. I went to Amazon.com and had a go. I
searched for "cosmic banditos" and got two results. One was for the soon-
to-be-published version with the new cover design and the other was for
the old book that included all 29 reviews. I suspect that when the new
edition finally becomes available, these two pages will be merged. I hope
so. Otherwise it might become very confusing for people who want to order
the book!
I've taken the liberty of including the image of the new cover. Obviously
the difficulties the publishers had with tracking down the original artwork
have been overcome although I haven't heard anything about it from ACW or
Ron Martirano. I was also under the impression that the new CB wouldn't be
out until next March or April - around the same time as the launch of Captain
Zero, but the page on Amazon.com says it will be published in December.
Which is great except I thought I had more time. I've been poring over
every page of CB with a powerful magnifying glass looking for superfluous
commas, missing question marks, misspelt words, etc. Well, that's about it
for now. Watch this space for developments,
