Bandito Malcolm,
Why are you and Jon Piggott calling Gary Ken? What's the story? Was it
"Call Me Kenneth" or "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?" or even, "Oh, my God!
They've killed Kenny?" Enquiring minds want to know.
But to answer your question, I don't recall him ever mentioning being
hit on the head with a mallet. I can't imagine why, though. It couldn't
have been any more embarrassing than the time he puked into a girl's crash
helmet at a party,
