Cinthin and me, Neovenus, were sitting down in our little cave when we heard a loud pounding on our door. "Tellagram!" shouted a voice. I walked over and opened the door. The tall man handed a slip of paper to me and walked off. I opened it and read:

            Dear Neovenus and Cinthin,
                      You are invited to the Egyptian parade, the anual parade that celebrates the new hatching of the cocoons. One has been reserved for you. The parade is tomorrow and we hope to see you.
                                                                                 Sincerely,
                                                                                  ???????

I couldn't read who it was from. I showed it to Cinthin and he was jumping for joy! In the morning, we exchanged dream stories and prepared for the parade. We arrived and someone shouted to me, "Neovenus! Neoveunus over here!" I looked around and saw a fimilar Egyptis. I couldn't remember the name but I walked over to greet him. He handed a cocoon to me and motioned me to follow him. He showed me the nests of cocoons that were to be handed out. "You may exchange the cocoon if you would like." I shook my head and Cinthin said, "The parade is starting." I got up and we walked out. The different Egyptians walked passed us. Once the parade was over we walked back to the cave waving goodbye to the Egyptian that handed me the cocoon. Cinthin asked, "Can I hold the cocoon?" I handed it to him.
"Be careful." I reassured him.
Then a strong earthquake shook us. Cinthin dropped the cocoon and it rolled down the rocky hill. "Cinthin! Hurry go after it." With that he rushed after it. I ran back to the cave and called to Midnightflyer, my blueglass dragon. He darted out from the sky and landed infront of me. I hopped on him and told him to follow Cinthin. He flew up and darted to the side of the cub. Cinthin lept onto the dragon and told me to hold on to his back paws. He leaned down and Midnightflyer speeded up. We caught up to the cocoon when is fell of the edge of a steep cliff.
"Noooo!" I shouted and once Cinthin was on the dragon I lept off.
Cinthin shouted, "Neovenus! No!"
Midnightflyer swooped down to catch me. I grabbed the cocoon just as I fell on the dragon.
"Neovenus, never do that again!"
"I did what I had to for the future of this cub. Midnightflyer head back to the cave." I was bewildered that I had done what I did but I has proud to have done it.
