Registration
This page contains links to the forms you need to complete as part of your registration for the 2003 BDPA Computer Camp (also referred to as the Scholastic Information Technology and Education Scholarship
SITES Program). To register for this camp, complete and submit the following forms:
The due date for all registrations is January 25, 2003. Any registrations after that time will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. There will be a $40 registration fee per student that will be used to provide that student with a BDPA membership and an award if he/she completes the program and abides by all of the rules/guidelines. If a school/organization does not sponsor a student, then the parent/legal guardian will be responsible for the fee. Please write a check or money order addressed to BDPA-Seattle and mail it to P.O. Box 3523, Seattle, WA 98124-3523. Part of the class consists of completing a team project and competing against other teams in the class. To register as a team, a packet consisting of completed forms for each team member must be submitted to BDPA-Seattle together with a
Team Profile form. No incomplete registration packets will be accepted.
Orientation for the High School Computer Camp will be held on February 1, 2003 at 9:00 AM on the University of Washington campus in Sieg Hall. A sign will direct you to the computer lab where the class will be conducted. This orientation is for the students and their parents/legal guardians. It is a requirement that there be a school/organization team coordinator and a parent(s)/legal guardian attending this first meeting along with the student. There will be more information regarding the orientation on www.bdpaseattle.org.
Please remember registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Thus, the earlier BDPA-Seattle receives your registration forms, the more likely you and/or your team will be able to participate in the High School Computer Camp.
Questions may be referred to Monique Roberts at 253-945-6498 or Peter Abe at 206-616-9653.
