Follow these rules, and I'm sure you'll receive a newbie pack, otherwise, I'll disqualfy you.
WHAT IS SPAMMING?
Spamming is where you post messages that aren't worth reading.  In this guild, please post messages that others find helping, or if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.  Make sure your messages are long, not short like "Hi, just checking up on you guys. Bye!"
HOW TO AVOID SPAMMING
01. Post all your messages into one post, if possible, even if they are different subjects. 
02. Only post when necessary
03. Avoid short posts, try to post long, reasonable messages
04. Wait at an interval of at least 15 minutes so it won't seem like your posting just for a newbie pack
05. If you happen to forget to post something important, then do so, but notify us first.
WHAT ARE NEWBIE PACKS?
Newbie packs are a way to show a person that they're welcomed to be in a guild because they show support.  In a way, you could say that its a way to say "Thanks for joining this guild and thanks for helping out." There are usually items in a pack. The items bought are random though.
STARTING OVER-SECOND CHANCE
01. You must again post 10 nonspamming messages
02. You must be active, again, for one whole week
03. Once you believe you are qualified, neomail me
04. Must be interested in the guild, not the newbie pack
05. If you do not follow these rules, there are no third chances, you will immediatly be disqualified
NOTE THAT SPAMMERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED! THE FREE PAINTBRUSHES & OTHER EXPENSIVE ITEMS GUILD WILL NOT TOLERATE YOU!
Through the past couple of times that I've managed newbie packs, many people would lie to me, saying that they are qualified for a newbie pack. Liars are not tolerated. You will be immediatly disqualified, no excuse. If you neomail me back saying it wasn't intentional, you didn't mean it....TOO BAD!  Many people has accused me of being a liar. No, I don' t lie about this newbie pack issue.  If you decide to leave the guild because I didn't give you a newbie pack, that is totally up to you. I will not be offended if you do so.  Just know that if you are disqualified, it is for a good reason.
LIARS ARE NOT TOLERATED! YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED FOR A NEWBIE PACK IF YOU CHOOSE TO LIE.
