Written By BeWhy2 & CuzRainbow.
Kaylar had a lot of Friends, she talked to everyday:
From all over Neopia, She called them all to say:
Friends you are, and Friends you be, Come if you are able:
There is a spot saved just for You at:
The Caring Friends Round Table!!

The Silent Ranks.
Written By: Unknown. Sent in by: ScrappyDoo76.
I wear no uniforms, no blues or army greens.
But I am in the military in the ranks rarely seen.
I have no rank upon my shoulders.
Salutes I do not give.
But the military world is the place where I live.

I'm not in the chain of command, orders I do not get.
My husband is the one who does, this I can not forget.
I'm not the one who fires the weapon,
or puts my life on the line.
But my job is just as tough.
Cause I'm the one that's left behind.

My husband is a patriot, a brave and prideful man
and the call to serve his country, not all can understand.
Behind the lines I see the things needed to keep this country free.
My husband makes the sacrifice, but so do our kids and me.
I love the man I married. Soldiering is his life.
But I stand among the silent ranks
known as the Military Wife

Haunted.
Written By CuzRainbow.
Haunting eyes run through my dreams,
Glistening from corners of my world,
Shining with unspilled tears.
Why does she cry?
Deep in a garden I see her kneel,
Cherished memories clutched to her chest.
In front of her a stone stands alone;
"My twin,my love,my other self,
Sweet be thy rest"

Ghostly weeping fills my ears,
Fraught with sorrow,pain and loss.
Broken sobs wake me shuddering at night.
How can I comfort her?
Daddy

The Black Wind.
Written By: CuzRainbow.
In the deepest depths of my soul,
There blows a wicked wind.
Although it's never seen,
The white light knows it's sin.
It's full of hate and venom,
Just waiting for it's share of wealth.
one day I shall release it,
To rip the scream from your mouth.
you think that you've known terror,
Well this just might be true,
But when you hear my black wind blow,
You'll know not what to do.
The dead they will be scattered,
They'll lay upon the ground,
And in your final moments you'll turn to look around.
But it wont be this face you'll see,
Instead a horrible sight:
The face of a thousand dead men,
The black wind in the night.
When I see my work is done,
And the dead lay at my feet,
That is when I'll rest my friend,
And take the dead mans seat.

The Illusionist.
Written By CuzRainbow.
I told a man the other day,
That I was free, would always be.
"But what is freedom in truth?" he asked.
And since he asked the truth of me,
I tried to answer truthfully;
"Freedom is an illusion,
To shield the mind from reality."

Imagine if you will, a cloudy day,
Wind whispers in the grass and leaves.
Smell the freshness of summer rain.
Can you see my illusion yet?
Do you hear the birds on wing in the sky?
Can you see the colours of my woody retreat?
Or are you still stuck in your own reality?

Reality itself is an illusion.
Created by the mind,
To shield itself,
From wild imagination.

Colors on a Canvas.
Written By: CuzRainbow.
Colours on a canvas,
Like stars in the sky,
Paint a picture of my life,
With my little guy.
Growing up before my eyes,
Each and every day;
Going to raise a family,
Of his own one day.
*Chorus*
Hazel eyes in a happy face,
slowly close to a dreaming place,
sweetly sleeping baby boy,
As light of day grows slowly dim,
We pray an angel watch over him

I carried him upon my chest,
The first six months of life,
Finger paint with pudding,
On the kitchen floor at night.
I saw him take his first few steps,
Across the bedroom floor.
The first word that he ever said,
I didn't hear again for two years more.
*Chorus*

My baby went to school today,
The first time that he'll go.
I hope he has some fun at play,
But theres one thing I know.
He's such a sweet and happy child,
That everyone will say,
That Jacob is the kind of child,
With whom they want to play.
*chorus*
