If you feel you just can't pass any level's (if you have a PC) try going to start, settings, control panel, then click on "Accessibility Options" Afterwards, click the Mouse tab on the top and check Use MouseKeys, be sure to click on settings and check "Hold down Ctrl to speed up and Shift to slow down", then press OK and Apply. When you get to Grundo's Gym, hold down Ctrl and press "4" and "6" over and over so that it keeps going back and forth over the circle.
On the page, it says that 50,000np can be made per day. That makes one believe that you would need 50 lifetime membership cards in your inventory, but that is false. You can have the card in your SBD and it will still give you the extra 1000np per level completed. Given that it takes 250 days minimum to make 50 lifetime memberships, I'm not sure how many people would last that long.
