One of the most popular games ever on Neopets has to be Meerca Chase. If you haven't played such games as Snake then you are truely missing out!!! It's being played on mobile phones which is the most common ways of practise.
There's not many tips I can give you but do your best and try to keep away from those rted neggs, they kill you.
I've noticed that (on Medium level), if you make less than 2 turns, a red negg appears, try to be a little more 'aerodynamic' by making lots of turns.
