Considering how often characters change and such in the RP, I'm adding the character list here... also allows for linking to, and quick checking of, char sheets. Sheets were slightly edited for clarity, spelling, and capitalization... unless it was a lost cause, in which you'll want to revise it and PM me a new copy.
Here's the list of characters on this page: Ashley, Kale, Shadow, Todd, Sovia, Trenton, Halo, Obby, Crystal, and Natéo. There's also a basic character sheet template you should use when joining the RP, or submitting an update.

Bio: Ashley is the twin sister of Ash, but they don't know of each other's existence.
Ashley, like her brother, is a bit slow but brave; unlike Ash, she's very kind
and calm at all times. They both possess the same fighting spirit, and are quick
to help others in need... and to hurt others causing despair. Her style of
battle is also quite like Ash's, but she takes slightly fewer risks.
Appearance: Ashley looks much like her brother, but a bit taller, with black
hair (hers flowing down just past her shoulders), brown eyes, and that
captivating smile. (Actually looks strikingly like the female char in FireRed/LeafGreen,
to be honest.) Wears a powder blue short-sleeve T-shirt, a green skirt, and
sandals with a green plastic connector piece. Also carries a bracelet with a Poké
Ball charm, a heart charm, and eight slots to pin on Badges. Wears a necklace
with a gold chain and a locket with a picture of her, and one of her father.

Starting Pokemon: Growlithe
Bio: Kale was always a rowdy boy with ambitions of becoming the strongest of all fire trainers. He started with training with his grandfather, the gym leader Blaine, then kept it up until his current age. He broke away from his family at the age of ten, as do most trainers, but he went off not to go on the badge journey, but to become a thief and to train against any trainer that came across his path. With only his trusty Growlithe at his side, Kale grew a strong bond with him and would never turn his back on the affectionate Pokemon. Now Kale's drive to win causes him to constantly search for the most powerful of all fire types, the Legendaries. Even if he obtains all of them, he would never give up his Growlithe.
Appearance: Kale has spiky white hair that goes down into a braid at the back of his head and he has ruby-red eyes. He has pale skin, and is of a lean and sinewy build, being strong and fast. He wears a tight grey-black shirt with blue pants, a black tie belt, and black steel-toed combat boots. Other than that, he wears a small piece of silver in the shape of fire on a string around his neck.

Appearance: Wears a raven-black cloak with a full hood along with layers of body
armor, making only his face visible. His face is almost an unhealthy shade of
white, and eyes are golden yellow.
Personality: A bit of a pyromaniac, hateful, mistrusting and a tad paranoid.
Though nothing stops him from his goals, and is willing to help others in
need... just not too often. Also has a fiery hot temper and enjoys arguments.
Biography: At 3 years old, Shadow was a normal, health child. He had a loving
family and had a nice life. At 5 both his parents were killed coming back from a
distant land (Johto) when their plane crashed into a building because of a Team
Rocket hijacking. He then, for 11 years, endured nameless and countless amounts of
torture from Team Rocket after being kidnapped. He finally escaped at 16, making
his way to Pallet Town to get a Charmander from Professor Oak.

Appearance: Aishen has long, midnight blue hair that hangs down to about two
inches past his shoulders. His eyes are an icy blue and his skin is slightly
tanned. He wears dark blue, baggy jeans and a pale blue tank top, over which he
wears a bright blue leather jacket. On his feet are zori-style sandals with blue
trim. He wears a silver pendant shaped like a wave on a thick chain around his
neck. Aishen carries a small wooden flute with him at all times, and often plays
beautiful music on it when he is alone with Soshiro.
Personality: Aishen is very calm and serene, just like water, the element that
he wishes to master. He is very trusting. He is also flexible, and can work well
alone or with a group. At times he is a very social person, at other times he
wishes for solace. He is a very kind and gentle soul, and will help anyone who
is in need. At times, he can also be quite romantic. Oh yeah, did I mention that
Aishen's bisexual?

Biography:
Growing up, Sovia had a nice life, although she was gifted with psychic
abilitys, she has since grown drastically stronger in since 3, when
they first began to manifest themselves. She became very serious,
almost deathly. Humor was something nonexistant to her. Which was fine,
considering there wasn't any. Living through 3 divorces, and moving
from kanto, to johto, to bordo, she had enough. She left one night
while her parents slept and hasn't been heard from since then.
Appearance:
Has silky smooth green hair that runs down to her shoulders, contrary
to the normal blonde she had as a child. Wears a deep purple
long-sleeve shirt and long pants. Dull, green irises devoid of all
emotion fill her eyes, her face is of a faintly pale complexion.
Abilities:
Clairvoyance: Allows Sovia to read minds and hear thoughts of others,
though there are limitations, such as fatigue and whatnot, based on relativity. i.e a simple team grunt would be easier to read the mind of
than the top executive, naturally.
Levitation: Allows limited
movement of objects and their actions.

Biography: Trenton was a strong fighter as a kid, and he loved grass pokemon. Although he was tough, Trenton was always a nice and helpful person, but was vicious in battle. He has tolerance for most, but if you get on his bad side, his well-trained Bulbasaur will attack like green lightning. Trenton left his hom eon his Pokemon journey at the normal age of ten, chose a Bulbasaur as his partner, and never made it to the first town. He was abducted by Team Earth members, who quickly told him to join them or be ready to hand over his pokemon. Trenton didn't want to give up his fast-made friend, so he joined. He's now a normal Earth Grunt, but he often breaks away from them and hardly ever follows their rules. He plans on quitting the team, but not until he's sure he can get away. Until someone can help him, he's stuck working for the Team Earth.
Appearence: Trenton is built thin with a little muscle. He has normal-colored skin and bright green eyes. His hair is a light green color and is slicked back. He wears a dark green hooded sweatshirt with the standard Team Earth insignia on the back, two jagged rocks crossing with a razor-sharp leaf on all four sides, and has dark brown shorts. He also has brown hiking boots and green gloves with the fingertips missing. All of his clothing is the standard Team Earth attire.

Earth Energy: Gives all Grass/Earth type allies an extra 10% boost on all stats.
Shadow Savior: Can see the Dark Aura around a Shadow Pokémon.

be extra careful.....

Growth: This special ability causes all grass Pokémon that are under the command of Nate to have a heightened special attack. When using a grass move, the power of the grass move is amplified.
Starting Pokémon: Bulbasaur
Appearance: Nate has gone through his adolescent stage quite quickly, and has already advanced through puberty. Because of this, he is rather handsome, and stands a bit taller than kids his age. His height is 5 feet, 8 inches, which causes the majority of his peers and newly met friends to question his age. He is very light and slender, as a result of not being a big eater at times. He weighs about 95 pounds, which is actually a big improvement from when he was 13, in which he had weighed 75 pounds. His stomach is full of muscles, however, so instead of seeing his bones and ribs, you would instead see his abs.
Nate's eyes are an emerald green, that seems to be able to change shades of colors depending on his surroundings. When exposed to bright light, Nate's eyes can become a light hue of jade, and when in the dark, they do the same, and then it is very hard to see any green at all. His hair is rather messy and his bangs hang over his eyes; his hair is a dark shade of hazel. His hair is usually down, unless he just awakened from slumber, which causes his face to be hidden from most when meeting. As of clothing, Nate wears a simple t-shirt with a design of a leaf. The t-shirt sleeves go down to about his elbow, and is usually a dark shade of brown.
As of the rest of his clothing, he wears a baggy pair of jeans, which causes some discomfort when in heated weather or in battle with a fire Pokémon. In some cases and days, he will exchange his blue jeans for a pair of khaki shorts. His shoes are almost always flip-flops, a simple pair of brown, comfortable sandals, but he will change them to the sneakers in his bag when he needs to hike up a mountain or something perilous that may harm his feet. He fashions a belt that contains Poké Balls, and a knapsack on his back as well. The knapsack contains his essentials, such as clothing and good old underwear. Occasionally he'll wear a visor or a light hat to shade his eyes from the harsh weather, especially when battling a Pokémon that knows the move Sunny Day.
Personality: Nate is a good-hearted man -- er, boy. He is usually quite friendly and outgoing, and makes friends rather quickly. This is a result of being in a good environment when being raised by his parents. He prefers nature to big cities, so he'll usually be found off in some route with lots of plants and wilderness, probably training a grass Pokémon of sorts. He is usually quite lonely during his training and prefers it that way; he does not like to be interrupted when with his Pokémon.
When in a battle of any sort, no matter the opponent, Nate seems to take on a different personality entirely. Gone is the outgoing guy who cracks many jokes, but instead, in his place, is a grown man who wishes to win at almost any cost, except at the expense of his Pokémon. He is very determined during battle and especially does not like being humiliated, such as crushed in a one-hit K.O. He is also very aggressive during battle, and is almost always the first person to make a move. Many of his moves are also offensive, so he doesn't waste much time affecting his own Pokémon or the opponent's Pokémon's stats or trying to cause an affliction of some sort.
Preference of Pokémon: Grass, Ground, and Rock types.
Background Information: Nate has been living in Birth Town for most of his life. However, he had lived in Kanto before moving to Birth Town, or so he was told. (He was too young to remember being born in Kanto, of course.) Several months after his birth, his mother, Karia Renaldé (Kah-ree-ah Reh-nahl-day), who is of royal spanish descent, moved the family to Birth Town in Borto. His father, Rodrigo Renaldé (Rahd-ree-go Reh-nahl-day), disagreed with the changing of his home, having been born and raised in Kanto. Rodrigo promised Karia that he would visit Nate frequently, but flat-out refused to move to Borto. Respecting his decision, Karia left with their newborn son.
Being raised in Birth Town was enjoyable. He played in the wide open fields all throughout his adolescence. He especially loved to play with wild Pokémon, although he respected their boundaries - especially the boundaries of unfriendly wild Pokémon. He had learned this the hard way, after being bitten by an angry mother Raticate, which gnawed hard on his arm after seeing Nate play with its children Rattata. He remembered that day well, and had always disliked Raticates since. After his sixth birthday, Nate had started his restless stage, just a few years early. He always asked his mother if he could have his own Pokémon, but she said to wait until he was at least thirteen.
So he waited. Patiently. It wasn't enjoyable, and he was frustrated with having to play with so many wild Pokémon, but never getting to keep one. He treasured the moments when he would meet a stray Oddish or another grass Pokémon, as he treasured them so. The years passed and he counted the number of days until he would finally be eligible to catch or receive his own Pokémon. However, when the time for Nate to turn thirteen came, he got cold feet. The day of his birthday, when he was supposed to go get his Pokémon from Professor Cherry, he just could not do it. He decided it would be best to try to get to know the wild Pokémon he played with just a bit better before trying.
It seemed he would wait one more year. After one year of playing and getting to know the wild Pokémon that wandered the tall grass around Birth Town, Nate was ready for his first Pokémon, and his journey.
