1 |
Vehicles must not be
left on the unloading bays, driveways of SMU, the re-aligned Stamford Rd, or
other adjacent roadways after unloading. |

2 |
Vendors are responsible
for complying fully with all applicable laws and regulations (including but
not limited to health, hygiene, and safety). |
|
3 |
No alcoholic drinks or
food shall be sold at the fair, unless previous approval is given by the
Organizers. |
|
4 |
Organizers have the
right to reject goods sold that are not approved previously. |
|
5 |
Reasonable space between stalls has to be maintained at all times as a
safety precaution; stock and/or empty crates must not be stored outside
vendor's stall space during operating hours. |

6 |
Vendors are responsible
for ensuring that no dangerous equipment/processes are used during the
Event; own waste, boxes, cardboard and refuse should be removed from the
Event site on vacation. |

7 |
No noisy advertising
methods and no posters/signboards to be pasted on the walls/floors/skirting
of the event ground. |
|
8 |
All furniture and
fixtures provided by SMU or Event Organizers are to be returned in good
condition by 12 midnight of the last day of event. Vendors are fully
responsible for any damages caused. |

9 |
Vendors may place their goods overnight at their own risk. Basic security is
provided, but vendors are advised to bring the goods backs where possible. |
|
10 |
Organizers are not
responsible or liable for unforeseen circumstances such as bad weathers, any
personal injuries, damage or defacement of property on display occurring,
during, before or after the event, no matter how it was caused. |

11 |
Stall rentals are
strictly non-refundable. |
