Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 12 years practice and/or experience and demonstrated ability pertaining to discipline. Eight years of this experience must be in supervision of substantial Information Resource Management (IRM) Projects.

Functional Responsibility:

• Provides technical support to design, develop, modify, implement, and/or migrate hardware and software systems.
• Performs systems engineering planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing and validation, benchmarking, information engineering. Development and staffing of a systems engineering management plan.
• Provide technical support in systems engineering, LAN communication networks, and telecommunications capabilities.
• Provides supervisory, technical and administrative direction for network systems engineers, network architects and network managers. 
• Ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Experience: 12 + years applicable experience.

Minimum Education: BS in Computer Science or related curriculum; MS preferred. Experience may be substituted depending upon the extent related to program.
