Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 10 years practice training and/or experience and demonstrated ability pertaining to discipline.

Functional Responsibility:

• Establishes system information requirements in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
• Designs architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
• Ensures IT systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architecture including TCP/IP and OSI.
• Provides supervisory, technical and administrative direction for network systems engineers, network architects and network managers. 
• Ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Experience:10 + years applicable experience.

Minimum Education: BS in Computer Science or related curriculum; MS preferred. Experience may be substituted depending upon the extent related to program.
