Our Neighborhood Watch group consists of diverse residents living within
a 4-block radius of 16th Place and Scott Avenue:
between Ashland and Wilson and 16th and 17th Streets.

What started with 3-4 households expanded 4-blocks wide within one year.

Concerned residents, home-owners, parents, families, neighborhood churches work together with the support of the local law enforcement towards making our neighborhood safe and peaceful.

By looking out for each other, participating in Neighborhood Watch events and activities, such as the
Litter-Control Program, we become more aware of what's happening in our neighborhood, get to know our neighbors and teach our children pride and respect for one another.
