Please Note: The purpose of Ward meetings is to address neighborhood/area problems to our alderman and appropriate city officials who attend Ward meetings. Problems such as: DRUG PROBLEMS (suspected drug houses, dealings, etc.) GANGS HOMEOWNERS PROBLEMS WITH RENTERS TRASH / GARBAGE LOITERING Blockage of Streets / Roadways by pedistrians (mostly minors) walking in middle of streets, not using sidewalks. ADULT ACCOUNTIBILITY OF MINORS (unsupervised, past curfew) SPEEDING drivers/ moped riders through Stop signs Need for STREET LIGHTS Need for ROAD REPAIRS These are just a few examples to bring to our alderman's attention. They do not know what we are dealing with until we TELL them. Ward meetings are once-a-month. Contact your alderman to find out when and where your alderman meets.
