The door is made with red oak with daddo'd corners and a mahagony panel. I have been making these doors for a number of boats and each time I improve the design a bit. I have tried a variety of glues and found that Gorilla Glue works the best. |

Here is the new door with a custom made oak pull. When you compare doors the new one is a great improvement. As I have selected the wood for the new interior of this refit I have tried for a warm lighter look. |
