We, at NCDC, are a  team of multi-disciplinary professionals with vast experience in Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Education, Health, Communication Skills and issues pertaining to Development of Women. It’s core group consists of Engineering, Legal, Medical and Social Science specialists, who provide services of specialized nature.

NCDC is  based at Varanasi (State: Uttar Pradesh, INDIA), with conference and training facilities available, and is supported by a library and adequate computer systems. It has a field office located atop the Karmanasa reservior in the dense forests of the  Aurawatad Village ( Naugarh Block, Chandauli District). Field activities, in a radius of 15 to 20Kms., in the Kharwar and Musahar villages surrounding the reservoir are coordinated from this field office.
