National Council of Development Communication , which was launched  in 1985 by a group of  academics under the leadership of Prof. V. K. Dubey of  Banaras Hindu University,  is a non-government, non-profit professional society which aims to cater to  the development - communication needs of society at large and weaker section in particular. We, at the council, aim  to develop replicable models of participatory natural resource management at the grass-root level.
