A limited number of papers and posters will be accepted for presentation at the conference. On the basis of their relevance to an international audience, some of these papers will be selected for oral presentation by the main author at one of the simultaneous sessions. Other papers will be summarized, and with other related summaries, will be presented by a facilitator and discussed at one of the sessions. All papers will be included in the proceedings.

The conference will be organized to allow ample time for dialogue among participants, both in formal sessions and during the informal interval sessions.

Authors in doubt about relevance of their papers or posters can sent a brief abstract to obtain the opinion of the organizing committee.

The organizing committee will review only full papers and final posters, which meet the below defined criteria:

For Papers

Please title all electronic files with the initial, middle and last name of the first author.

Papers should follow standard style norms as requested by most international, peer reviewed journals. Footnotes, tables, graphs and references should be numbered consecutively through the text with superscript Arabic numerals. In case electronic facility is not available to author, then paper should be typed on bond paper (A4 size) along with 1-1/2 margin in double spacing.

The paper should be original and exclusively produced for the meet.

For Posters

Authors of posters can apply by sending an abstract with a maximum of 600 words. Abstracts longer than that will not be reviewed. The abstract should review the contents of the Poster. It is this text that will be included in the proceedings of the conference.

In addition to the abstract, please include a title page with the full name, institutional affiliation, postal, fax and e-mail address of all the authors. The title page must explicitly identify the topic being addressed by the poster.
