Physical Description: Odhran is on the short side, about 5'6" but he could grow some more. He has a lean, wiry body type. His hair is cut just past his ears. Its is the color of cherry wood and very wavy and wild. his skin is nut brown and his eyes are pale grayish green, like new opened leaves. He moves gracefully and smoothly. He has a pointed chin, slightly arching eyebrows and a narrow slightly upturned nose with a smattering of freckles. He wears loose and many pocketed clothes, often spattered with mud or soot in grays, browns, and greens. His only jewelry is a pretty green rock he set on a leather cord himself.

Personality: Odhran is generally calm, not reacting much to extreme situations. He is easy-going and takes everything in stride. However, he has a will of his own and can be quite stubborn when it comes to getting what he wants. He has slightly above average intelligence and had a fondness for peace and quiet. Odhran like people, and will usually listen quietly, unless you catch him in a passionate mood or get onto one of his favorite subjects. Odhran loves the earth and has a way with plants. He really does talk to them, and he loves to see plants grow to maturity, he also likes animals, but not as much and only certain kinds. Qdhran tends to avoid crowds, if at all possible, but he enjoys being out of doors in any kind of weather, though he prefers the springtime. He tends to be shy around girls and has very little experience with them, but he would make a tender lover. He is a daydreamer and can be easily distracted, but he has an excellent memory.

Habits:Odhran wrinkles his nose a lot, when he's bored, exasperated, annoyed, distracted...He also tends to shake his leg when he is bored.

Hobbies:Besides plants, Odhran likes swimming, and he collects rocks.

History: Odhran's parents are both rather dull-witted and weak willed. They always go along with what everyone else does. Therefore it is surprising that all their children are the exact opposite. The oldest of three, Odhran always knew what he wanted and would often stubbornly refuse to comply with his parents' wishes. Not knowing any better, Obahdiah resorted to yelling a lot and trying to be as strict as possible. Though it wasn't abuse, for Obahdiah wasn't really a cruel person, it was, never-the-less not very much fun. Odhran didn't get out much, being forced to stay inside and help his mother, or go out and tend the fields of the hold, as he wasn't old enough to be a miner yet. He never really had many friends, since his parents kept him on a short leash, and he grew to love the trees in the orchards and the plants in the kitchen gardens.

He began to help with the gardens at a young age, staying there sometimes all day and his parents were glad to have their troublesome son out of their hair, since they soon had two more strong-willed and intelligent children to deal with. The siblings were all often at odds, each reacting different to their restrictive parents, and growing into very different temperaments. Meanwhile, seeing how skilled her informal pupil was getting, the Headwoman petitioned the Farmcraft Hall to take Odhran as an apprentice and when they accepted, he gladly went. Odhran did quite well there, still preferring solitude, he managed to make a few friends and even have a few short-lived sexual relationships in his older years. He might have been promoted to journeyman soon...but then the Searchrider came.
