Physical Description: He's not aggressively tall by anyone's standards, about 5'8" or soand slightly stocky of build, broad shouldered. His facial featurestend towards angular and nearly delicate except his jaw has a slightunerbite and is therefore squarish. He has a reddish-mahoganycomplextion. His hair is black, straight, cut fairly short and is ofthe silky persuasion, while his eyes are dark brown and "soulful."

Personality: Soft-spoken and secretive but nonetheless an altogether nice person.One can always trust him with just about anything. And he can get awaywith almost anything with one of those bright smiles or a blink ofthose huge eyes.There is just a hint of flippancy about him, as if hedidn't take life altogether seriously. Which if he were honest hedidn't. Things tend to just occur for him, one happy accident afteranother. Happening upon some marks, applying for candidacy at Fort,Impressing the most wonderful green on all of Pern, requesting watchduty at the healer hall and getting it, requesting transfer toNorhtern Barrier and getting it...nothing really related to anythingelse, it just occured. The only connective tissue with it all wasCh'ton and his big blinky brown eyes. Eventually karma will come abckaround to bite him, but he figures he can handle that.

Habits:He blinks a lot, it's cute until one realizes he's doing itintentionally to get what he wants/needs/lusts after. Also he doesworry a bit at his lower lip, a fairly sad attempt at compensating forthe underbite.

Hobbies:If Pern had postage stamps, he'd collect those. As it is, hissneaky streak usually finds him scurrying around after gathers lookingfor dropped marks. He is a packrat also and will often be foundorganizing and reorganizing his collection of Stuff.

History:Ch'ton grew up in a relatively poor family of crafters with too many children, as is typical of many Pernese. Unlike a lot of others hediscovered at an early age that he liked marks, not because heassociated them wit value but because they were pretty. He squirrelledthem away in all denominations (mostly small), up into hisapprenticeship with the healers. By then his savings had grown to arespectable aount and he applied for candidacy at Fort Weyr.Astoundingly, he Impressed at his first standing, survived training,and even managed to secure a position as a watchrider for the HealerHall. In time he and Talulath longed for a change of scenery, a chanceto be more invovled in the growth of a Weyr. Following the avalanchedisaster he applied for a transfer, and through much eye-blinking andinnocent grinning the pair was granted transfer reccomendation.

Personality:Confident and comforting, with a wistful nature that can at times besilly. In a word: innocent. She can be bouncy due to her high energylevels, but this gives her respectable stamina. Showy, socialcharming.
