1) Keep outside noise level to a minimum and make no noise at all after 10PM

2) No smoking in the house. No pets . . . Sorry, we love them too, but we have allergies and hope to continue to enjoy our home ourselves.

3) Park only on the gravel to the right of the driveway or all the way forward by the gates.... and remember the main house tenants must be able to get to their carport...so only one car on the concrete.

4) The lower landing of the deck is common area for entering/exiting the water and any boats. Please do not lounge or keep your equipment there, or on the patios directly above this landing. This allows the permanent tenants to have privacy from their back porch. The apartments porch and the deck next to the garden is for your use.

5) The cleaning fee is $60.  Please limit laundry to two loads and do not leave dirty dishes or pots.  Please put clean dishes and utensils away.
