Experience
Currently working as Associate Professor at Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management(VAMNICOM) ,Pune. She has conducted number of Management Development Programs in diverse subjects on Credit and Banking, Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, Education & Training Women in Cooperatives; Gender issues and trained more than 1500 personnel in the Cooperative sector and NGOs.
She has vast experience in training and consultancy of almost 22 years in India and in the Philippines.
Her areas of interest are Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Management, HRD and Gender issues.
Having done her graduation and post graduation in Commerce from University of Delhi; her Doctorate thesis was on “Women Entrepreneurs in Delhi – a Socio – economic study for the decade 1975 – 85.”
She is a author of a large collection of books, articles, case studies and book reviews, which have been published in national and International journals of repute.
