It is important that students arrive at school on time every day. These first years of school set the standards that your child will follow throughout his/her lifetime. Besides establishing good habits, early arrival at school allows the student to prepare for class and not feel anxious or rushed.

Students that arrive in the classroom after 8:10 a.m. will be considered tardy. Students that arrive in the classroom after 10:00 a.m. will be considered absent.
If you are planning to take your child out of class early, please check at the office. A slip from the teacher is required for the student to leave the school.
A note or phone call is required if someone different is picking up your child. Please place the note in the take-home folder with the name of the person who is to pick up the child.
If your child has been absent for more than 2 days, call the school to let us know the reason. Upon returning to school, please send a note with your child stating the reason for the absence. Be sure to include the date(s) the child was absent. If there is no note sent to school after the absence, it will be recorded as "unexcused".

Es importante que los estudiantes lleguen a la escuela a tiempo cada ma�ana. Los primeros a�os de escuela marcar�n la pauta a seguir para su hijo/hija por el resto de su vida. Adem�s de establecer buenos h�bitos, el llegar temprano a la escuela permite que el alumno se prepare para la entrada a clases y que no se sienta nervioso, ni ansioso.
Alumnos que lleguen al sal�n de clases despu�s de las 8:10 a.m. ser�n contados como llegada tarde. Alumnos que lleguen al sal�n de clases despu�s de las 10:00 a.m. ser�n contados como ausentes.
Si est� pensando en sacar a su hijo/hija de clases antes de la hora de la salida, favor de avisar en la oficina antes de buscar al ni�o/ni�a. Se requiere un pase de la maestra titular antes de que salga el ni�o/ni�a de la escuela.
Se requiere un recado o una llamada telef�nica del padre de familia si alguien m�s va a recojer a su hijo/hija. Se puede mandar este recado en el cartapacio que se lleva a casa todas las tardes. Favor de anotar el nombre de la persona que va a recojer al ni�o/ni�a.
Si su hijo/hija han estado ausentes durante m�s de 2 d�as, favor de llamar a la escuela para avisarnos la raz�n de la ausencia. Al regresar a clases, es importante mandar un recado que indique la raz�n por la cual ha faltado. Asegurese de anotar las fechas que ha faltado su hijo/hija. Si la escuela no recibe dicho recado, la ausencia se anotar� como una falta no justificada.
