REGISTRATION

Registration fee will be only paid in cash on-site (i.e. there is not advanced registration). The registration desk will be open on Sunday November 14th starting 4:00 PM, at the art gallery Carmen Montilla, located just at the well known San Francisco Square in Old Havana.

The registration rates are:

Student registration US$ 100.00

The full registration includes the Workshop materials, welcome reception, Proceedings, a cultural presentation, a tour to Old Havana and visit to the Cuban painting galleries of the Fine Arts Museum, and coffee breaks. Student registration includes everything except Proceedings.
The closing party is optional and will paid separatedly in the registration desk of the Workshop.

Lunches will be available at modest prices at the Restaurant Al Medina, which is specialized in arabian food, but for participants mainly will offer typical cuban food. Al Medina is about 200 m from the monastery of San Francisco de Asis.

SOCIAL PROGRAM (tentative)

SUNDAY, 6:30 p.m. Welcome reception in the painting gallery Carmen Montilla. Animated by live cuban typical music.

MONDAY, 9:00 a.m. The opening ceremony will be followed by a musical presentation and a short visit to the monastery of San Francisco de Asis.

TUESDAY, 6:00 p.m. Cultural presentation.

WEDNESDAY, 2:00 p.m. Tour to Old Havana and visit to the cuban painting galleries of the Fine Arts Museum.

WEDNESDAY, 8:30 p.m. Closing party (optional). The reservation and payment of the closing party will be done at the registration desk of the Workshop.
