PROCEEDINGS: GENERAL INFO.

The Proceedings of the Workshop will appear in 2005 as a Special Issue of the JOURNAL OF MAGNETISM AND MAGNETIC MATERIALS. They will contain the lectures of the invited speakers and the contributed papers.

We kindly invite you to submit your full article for the Workshop Proceedings.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS : September 6, 2004 !

Only one paper per participant registered in the Workshop will be published. Please kindly note that all the papers will be refereed and only those having enough originality, scientific quality, and relevance in the field will be published. Therefore, authors are encouraged to submit original papers of a high standard.

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

1. PAPER LENGH:

INVITED SPEAKERS: 5 pages in the journal format.
ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND CONTRIBUTED PAPERS: 3 pages in the journal format.

To adjust the paper length we strongly recommend you to download the MS Word version of the JMMM template. Paste on the template your whole paper (including figures and tables).

Copyright only must be transferred to Elsevier AFTER ACCEPTANCE OF THE PAPER. All papers will be reviewed by appropriate referees prior to the Workshop and must meet normal JMMM technical standards as well as length and format restrictions .

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

A PDF version of your manuscript must be submitted as an attachment of an e-mail message to [email protected], before next September 6 using as file name the surname of he corresponding author (example: gonzalez.PDF if the corresponding author is Joaquin Gonzalez). First, you will receive via e-mail acknowledgement of your paper submission; later you will receiv, also by e-mail, notificaion of acceptance with the Referee’s Report Form attached.

PUBLICATIONS ROOM

Authors will be able to check the status of their manuscripts in the Workshop Secretariat. The status of the papers will be published in a board located close to the room of the Secretariat.
